Qualifications:

 

Prismark is seeking individuals with a dedicated intellect and inquisitiveness.  Fundamental qualifications include a background in an engineering/science discipline and concentration in the business and market dynamics of the electronics industry supply chain and/or specific knowledge of one of the following industries: semiconductor packaging, electronic materials, printed circuit board.  Research, data interpretation, and excellent communications skills are vital attributes of successful candidates.  Travel is required.

• Master's Degree required

• PhD is preferred

 

The Senior Consultant will have at least five to seven years’ experience in one of the following areas:

 

• Semiconductor Device Fabrication and Packaging – Experience with the implications and choice of semiconductor device architecture and fabrication technology on back-end processes, wafer- and device-level test, package assembly and test, and thermal management.  Specific experience may be drawn from the following backgrounds: Wafer-Level Processing and Packaging, Power Device, Semiconductor Function.

• Electronic Materials – Knowledge of materials used in the fabrication and assembly of electronic components and systems.

 

• Printed Circuit Board Materials and Fabrication – Knowledge and direct experience with the materials, equipment, and process used in the fabrication of bare and assembled printed circuit boards gained as a process, manufacturing, or development engineer.

 

Responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant's chief responsibility will be to lead team-based projects by performing detailed research and analysis, collecting competitive intelligence, producing written reports/authoring quarterly reports, and creating presentations for clients, while managing multiple project-related tasks simultaneously, as well as presenting to clients.

Responsibilities:

The Consultant -Tech Writer/Researcher’s chief responsibility will be to contribute by writing reports and presentations, collaborating on team-based projects by performing detailed research and analysis, and collecting competitive intelligence. Further responsibilities include conducting primary research on assigned topics and writing detailed findings; providing market analysis pertaining to the Electronics Industry; and managing multiple project-related tasks simultaneously. Other responsibilities could include writing collateral for the company blog, website, and social media posts.
